Shhh… germination in progress. Can you hear the swish of the brush, dipping, dipping into water, gathering colour from the palette? That's the process of planting flowers in my watercolour garden. *•.¸ðŸŒ¿¸.•*

Coco on the fencepost
W&N watercolour on Bockingford 300gsm
Black Crow/Cape Crow (Corvus capensis) - Endemic to Africa
Coco, my Black Crow’s favourite vantage point on top of an old abandoned fencepost.
You made this crow just lovely. We too have many where I live - they love the corn fields and seem to hover there all winter. Your touch with the brush is beautiful Maree. You certainly paint so well and your subjects are just what I enjoy seeing rendered. Bless you and have a great day.
Aaaah, thanks ever so much for your lovely words Debbie! I was lucky to have spent so many years with Coco, but we don't see as many crows around here as we used to.
